4. Having actual nails I can paint once more! It’s been just over a month since I managed to stop biting them. 🙂




5. The view while walking Kenzi. I regularly look around, taking it all in and think “I get to live here!” Love where we live!

    Enquiring minds would like to know: how did you manage to stop biting your nails?

      I took myself to get them filed and polished – what little of them there was to be filed and polished that is!I don’t seem to want to bite them when they’re covered in nail varnish. 😉

    Stunning pictures. I would love my husband to stop chewing his nails, although I don’t think he will agree to the nail polish!! 😀

      Thanks lovely! I dunno… he could get some clear stuff that strengthens the nails maybe? lol 😉

    That’s great that polish stops you biting your nails … My 14 year old niece’s mother had to resort to acrylic stuff or something like that to get my niece to stop chewing! Well done though, must be a hard habit to give up.
    Oh, and I LOOOOOVE that tree with the pink flowers. This time of year … Ahhhh … 😀

      It took a while to start blooming but now it’s gorgeous! <3My mum had me trying everything, even that bitter tasting stuff, but it got that I could just bite through the taste! I think the main thing is you reallllly have to want to do it. Also helps to do it when your life isn't a massive stress-filled heap. ;)
