Zack is at the stage now where he can get really high all by himself… he’s so good on the swings! I think Max will need pushed for quite a while before he can do it himself though, lol. 🙂

Red is very powerful and energizing color, so he’s telling you something I think… 😀

Nana knits are the best, I used to knit loads but get tendinitis – you may have inspired me to have another go!

Aw, that’s lovely! My MIL knitted the jumpers for my eldest three but she’s not really up to it for number 4 so I have taken up the needles! I have just finished his first jumper and will be sewing it together tonight!

Awwww he’s so cute I’m just melting into a puddle.
And that jumper – need your Mum to make me one – oh about 30 sizes larger 😉

Aww, it’ll come! Took Zack about a month or two to figure it out, but once he had it that was him! 🙂

They totally are! I’ve been wearing a cosy scarf my mum knitted and gave to me last week, it’s just perfect. Mums always know just what we need eh? 🙂

I am awful at knitting… I did try to take it up again but just kept messing up! I think I’m better sticking to bloggy things for hobbies. 🙂

  12. October 20, 2010 / 4:09 pm

Hehe I’d love a jumper like that too, probably bigger than yours would be though! 😛 x

I love hand-knits. Nipper’s great-granny keeps us supplied in cardigans and jumpers. So much love in each garment!

Not only a gorgeous boy, but a lovely photo of him – well done you.

Oh yes, I adore them! Both boys always go for their Granny’s home-made jumpers over any shop bought any day. 🙂

Aw such a cutie, love the jumper.

J avoids the swing but boy o boy does he love a slide! 🙂

  20. October 20, 2010 / 10:57 pm

    Your mum is very clever.

  21. October 21, 2010 / 12:05 am

Thanks Jo! Max isn’t so keen on the slide, unless someone it holding him the whole time… each to their own eh? 🙂

  22. October 21, 2010 / 12:05 am

    *nods* yes she is. 🙂

  23. October 21, 2010 / 12:06 am

It’s interesting, as my fave colour is red too… wonder what it means. I may have to google it now… 😉

That’s lovely. I agree with Copra, apparently colours they prefer are to do with their personalities. Emily is attracted to orange and red as well.

  25. October 22, 2010 / 6:26 am

Hmmm…I was always attracted to green until Emily was born, now pink catches my eye.

When I was younger, I loved purple, now I’m definitely a big red fan, but really, I’ve always *liked* red. 🙂

Thanks Fiona, I totally agree of course… not that I’m biased in the slightest! 😉

You have a beautiful boy. The sweater is very nice and I love the colour red. My mom and my mother-in-law also knitted sweaters and dresses for my baby girl. They’re something I cherish a lot and I’m sure she will too when she grows up a little.

The knitted clothes my mum has made for my boys are by far my favourites to dress them in. 🙂 Thanks Marjana!
