What 2011 Will Be for Me

Tonight, I signed up for Weight Watchers.

I’ve never tried anything like this before, and I think it’s about time I gave their points plan a go.

So, I am now registered with their online plan!

2011 will be the year I finally get a handle on my weight.

I’m not even going to tell you what I weight, but I have a lot to lose.

I’ve been putting off doing this for a long time.

Since I had Zack really.

It’s not just about losing the weight though.

I want to become a better, more lively, energetic me.

I’m happy with where I am, psychologically, shall we say.

I’m in a good place.

My glass is always half full.

I have two wonderful boys.

We live in a gorgeous house, close to family and friends.

I want to organise my life better than I have been, and it strikes me that to do that, I need more energy.

To get more energy, I need to focus on living more healthily.

So tomorrow I start charting what I’m eating.

Tomorrow I will start becoming more aware of what I’m putting into my body.

Tomorrow. Tomorrow is coming soon, so I’d better get to bed!

    Good for you and good luck. I’m sure it will work out for you. If for any reason it doesn’t I can highly recommend the Tesco’s online diet. Shout if you are interested cos I can get you a discount through a friend.

    Good on you!! I too am trying to get me weight down after having my third child. It’s a day by day journey. Weight watchers i great because you can have little treats and not feel like you are missing out.

    I’m hoping that the points system will work better for me as that way I can just reduce what I eat normally instead of attempting to change my whole diet, know what I mean?
