Ahh isn’t that such a sweet photo. Smiling, bright eyes, fun times.
It’s how I wish my mornings were.
In reality they’re more like this one:
Bad morning breath, startled out of sleep, and generally wishing I could hide under the duvet for another hour.
Luckly, with the boys being that bit older, I do tend to get a lie in at the weekends now.
Most of the time.
So these days on a Saturday morning, like this one, I wasn’t woken up until Max had enough of his gaming and wanted some milk, right! now!
He likes to try to tickle me awake.
It sounds cute.
It’s not!
And if it’s not him waking me, it’s the dog licking my face.
I KNOW WHERE THAT TONGUE HAS BEEN.

*shudders*
Anyway, at least that doesn’t happen now till like 9.30-10am, instead of 6am. BIG change there.
And I am so *not* complaining!
